Reservoir™ for SYSPRO takes product and customer data from SYSPRO and combines it in a single reservoir with your website data. That could be customer names, customer categories, locations, product codes, stock levels. We look at any data we can use to enhance your customers’ experience.
Reservoir™ can give you visibility to how your customers are quoting and ordering, and can give your customers visibility to your inventory levels, shipping expectations and delivery timing, as examples. Reservoir™ can be set up very quickly during a web build process, and your data is synced between SYSPRO and your website at short intervals (for example, every 5 minutes). Combining your web system with SYSPRO offers a better experience for customers shopping in your store and allows you to get the best out of your website.
Why Use Reservoir™ for SYSPRO?
We’ve built a proprietary integration tool – specifically, Reservoir™ for SYSPRO – that allows customers within your SYSPRO database to login to their personalized web portal, and access data that is fully synced to your ERP system. Your customers can use their portal to place orders, view order history, access your product availability or request a quote. Once the portal is in place, we can configure it to both capture date from your customers, and provide date to your customers, to enhance their experience in whatever way you choose.
