Jeff recently became a Frog in the Pond, bringing along a unique and diverse skill set. He is a graduate of Sault College’s Aviation program, where he obtained a multi-engine instrument-rated commercial pilot licence. Though passionate about aviation, he decided to follow his other love—IT and computer technology—forgoing a career as an airline pilot
Jeff joins us after a ten-year tenure as a Media Processing Operator at Corus Entertainment, where he troubleshot technical and content issues related to television broadcasting while working under immense time pressure. He was also responsible for ensuring that all television content met high-quality standards before being broadcast. During his high school and college years, he gained valuable customer service experience as a cashier and salesperson.
At Treefrog, Jeff combines his expertise to efficiently assist clients with technical concerns and implement proactive solutions for potential future issues. In his free time, Jeff embraces his love for aviation by recreationally flying small planes and spending time at the airport with a VHF radio scanner. He also finds great pleasure in tinkering with his gaming PC and home theatre system. Jeff balances all that passion for technology with an equal passion for nature by going on canoe trips and cultivating exotic plants and fruits in his living room.
