A strong believer in work ethic, passion and personal growth, Troy brings his digital transformation and technology leadership experience to Treefrog’s digital consultancy team. Troy prides himself on his branding and online presence expertise, working every day to bridge the gap between his clients’ needs and the digital solutions that can transform and grow their business.

Troy has over 18 years of B2B digital solution selling experience across the globe in markets such as the United States, Europe, Canada, Russia, the Middle East and North Africa, working for technology giants like Dell, Rogers, Blackberry and Salesforce. With a passion for all things ‘Unified Digital Strategy’ (Branding, Web Development, Digital Marketing), Troy also a wealth of experience in Web Applications (CRM & ERP), Mobile Apps & Beacon Technology. Troy brings 12 years of leadership experience managing sales and marketing teams, as well as over 15 years of digital marketing strategy, execution and online presence expertise to Treefrog.

As he says, “before it all started”, Troy ventured south of the border to the United States as a full scholarship athlete to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, minoring in Business Management and Economics. Troy still holds one very interesting NCAA record to this day — he is ’The Only NCAA Div-1 Men’s Ice Hockey Player to Win Back-to-Back National Championships at 2 Separate Schools,” – University of Michigan Wolverines in 1998 & University of Maine Black Bears in 1999 as a transfer).

When Troy isn’t developing ‘blue-sky’ digital technology & unified digital strategies for his clients, you can find him on the ice, in the gym or the classroom teaching and developing young athletes through his passion project The Academy Of Hockey.  Right next to him you will find the love of his life Maddy, a basenji-saluki mix he rescued and brought home from Dubai!
