Yes, us Treefrogs often double as guinea pigs...our site was the very first to utilize HitMap. And, as you can see from the "hotspot" dots in the screen capture here, HitMap very clearly showed us that visitors to our site were trying to click on the image and subhead to navigate through our site. We didn't have those coded as links but visitor activity told us we should. Just a small example of the learning to be gained from this amazing new tool and an important lesson that will allow us to improve our user experience. Ain't it cool!
