Going with the Creative Flow

Whether you want to create a whole new image for your company or you would like us to build on your existing brand, we understand that your graphic design work has to have impact on your clients. No matter how complex your design needs, we will guide you through our straightforward process and work with you every step of the way to create compelling results.

Discovery Session

From the first sales meeting, we will begin to learn about your brand and your goals and requirements to ensure that the services you receive are exactly what you need.

Budget / Timing

We will work with you to balance your budget and timelines while still creating a unique and captivating design. If you have a hard deadline in mind, let us know, and we can work with it in most cases.

Design Meeting

We'll set up a time to meet and chat about your vision and the concepts that might best bring it to life. We’ll dig deeper to learn about your business, goals and audience. We’ll refine them further into solid ideas that will allow us to create initial designs for you. 

Initial Concepts Presentation

This will be your first glimpse at what we’ve created for your designed items. We’ll explain our motivation and let you take some time to form an impression before we get your feedback. Your initial response is always great, however it is usually best to ponder the design for a while after your first reaction and assemble your revisions (if any).

Revisions

It’s normal to seek some fine-tuning here and there on your design.  Colour adjustments, new font style ideas and image variations are all part of the process to ensure an end result that will suit your style and your business needs.

Preparation for Print

Once we have your final approval on the design, we’ll prepare print-ready files for you to print, either through our third party printers or your own supplier.

It’s important to note that all designs created at Treefrog are custom graphic design concepts and all artwork belongs to you, the client, upon receipt of final payment and project completion.
