Discount Policy

(for charitable and not-for-profit organizations)

As part of our dedication to contributing to our community, Treefrog offers a standard 10% - 20% discount (to a max of $2000) on all work for not-for-profit and charitable organizations.
 
The receipt of such a discount is subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The organization must be a formally registered not-for-profit or charitable organization.
   
   
2. All services must be invoiced and paid for in full by the client. Upon project completion (and only if the client proceeds with and completes the project), Treefrog will make a donation to the organization in return for a legitimate tax receipt. These terms will be outlined in our agreement.
   
   
3.  The work must clearly indicate that Treefrog is a "supporter."  Typically, this comes in the form of a link in the footer of a website with a link stating "Supported by Treefrog," with a link on the site to a small page thanking Treefrog for its contributions.
   
   
4. Discounts and eligibility must be pre-approved by management, and the charity must be something compelling to the Treefrog culture.
   
   
5. Sites with charitable discounts will be built as possible by project management and may follow different than typical timing and process.  Best efforts will be made to meet specified deadlines.
   
   
6. Discounts are not offered on hosting, LEAP™ Licenses, domain registrations or other “ongoing” maintenance and registration costs, at the discretion of Treefrog.
