Graphic Design Barrie
& Web Design Barrie
Ontario
Fifty minutes north of Toronto, surrounding the shores of Kempenfelt Bay on Lake Simcoe is Barrie, Ontario. With 175,000 people in the greater Barrie area, it’s more than just a stop along the way to Wasaga Beach, it is the hub of Simcoe County. Growing at an exponential rate, Barrie is an up-and-coming city in Canada, enjoying great economic prosperity.
The Barrie web design area is fast becoming a centre for web design (not just for the services Treefrog™ can provide to your business), but also as a source for the web design industry. Some of Treefrogs best employees have come from Barrie’s own Georgian College and our very own creative director Stephanie Uprichard is on Graphic Design Board of Directors.
As well, Treefrog™ has sponsored a scholarship through Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario due to our continued commitment and support in hiring local outstanding talent at Treefrog™ for web and graphic design services.
The award has been made available and will be given to a student in the Graphic Design Program who has demonstrated outstanding creativity in design. Deadline for submission is January 15th, March 1st, May 15th and September 15th of each semester.
The first student to receive the award was Angela Stirk.
We're also excited to have been part of the Barrie Business to Business Chapter of BNI: B2B Leaders, a group of high-energy business folks with a strong desire to see their businesses grow.
Like all the members of B2B Leaders, Treefrog™ demonstrates a spirit of commitment to their network colleagues by talking about and creating buzz for other business in the area. It’s no secret that we have benefitted from our involvement in this organization and other business have benefitted through knowing us.
In the coming years Treefrog™ will continue to keep a watchful eye on the Barrie web design area and plans on remaining actively engaged with the college's graduating classes to find the best talent available to make our company the best at what it does.
